Claire The returns department was great about sending a replacement for one of my pairs of tourmaline studs where a pair was great and the other was an ugly unmatched pair - they sent me another one right away when I mentioned the problem, so the service is great - the earrings though were not so good as they broke a day later, falling apart on me. I have other Sugarboo items and love the store but this purchase turned out to be a bummer.
