We do offer gift cards and certificates. To purchase, redeem, or check the balance of your gift certificate, please click the "Gift Certificate" link in the top right hand corner of the website. From there if you would like to purchase, you can enter all of the recipients information and gift certificate amount and it will be emailed to the email address provided.

You can also check the balance of the certificate, this works for physical gift cards (should be a green card with a bar code and a 7 digit number) or an online gift card which should be 12 digits with numbers and letters.

If you are trying to use a gift card/ certificate and it is not working, please try using the last 4 digits of the card. If you are still having trouble please send us an email at info@sugarbooandco.com and we will do what we can to help.

The Sugarboo & Co. Satisfaction Guarantee
Sugarboo & Co. has a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Sugarboo & Co. item, within the first 14 days after your order has arrived to you, we will replace, refund or exchange your product.

To return items:
To return an item for a refund, please package it in its original packaging and return the item within 14 days. Original shipping charges are not eligible for refunds. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, and we recommend using a shipping method with tracking for your return. PLEASE RETURN TO THE ADDRESS BELOW AND INCLUDE YOUR INVOICE. We do our best to refund your credit card within 48 hours of receipt. After that, your bank may take between 2 and 10 business days to credit your card. If you are returning an item in exchange for another item, we will send the replacement item out as soon as we can upon receipt of the item you are returning. Return of defective items: If an item is broken or defective, we will replace or exchange your product free of charge. Please note that abuses to the exchange policy, such as abnormal wear and tear, are subject to Sugarboo & Co.'s discretion.

Items marked down in price or categorized as a sale item as well as all Custom items are final sale.
Delivery Fees (shipping charges) - delivery fees are non-refundable and prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.

Missing Orders/Packages:

It is the customers responsibility to report to us any missing orders or packages. Customers have 30 days from delivery date given by FedEx to report to us any missing orders or packages. If a customer reports a missing package outside of FedEx's claims procedure timeline we are then unable to accommodate for any missing orders or packages.

International Orders:
ALL INTERNATIONAL SALES ARE FINAL

We ship either with FedEx Ground Shipping which is between 1-5 business days, or Express Shipping which is 2 business day shipping. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and/or nationally observed US holidays. We do not offer Express Shipping to P.O. Boxes. Online orders can take 1-3 business days for order processing which is not included in the shipping timeline. Within the order processing time you will be updated as to any changes in availability or items in your order. Once shipped, you will receive and shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. Transit times: Delivery typically arrive in 5-9 business days within the 48 contiguous United States. Delivery can sometimes take 10-14 business days outside the 48 contiguous United States. FedEx SmartPost will pick up packages from the shipping destination, and then hand the packages off to the U.S. Postal Service for final delivery.

International Shipping

Shipping to Canada - $75.00 International - $125.00

We do ship internationally. Our "standard" international shipping rate is $125 USD. Sometimes we are able to make exceptions on shipping costs, and work out a quote which could be less than $125. If you email info@sugarbooandco.com with your full street address, and the exact items you are purchasing, we can work on getting a quote for you.International customers will be responsible for any additional charges for shipping the package. This could include the shipping of 1 or more boxes to your address. This could also include any import duties, taxes or fees charged by your country. Duties and taxes are subject to change depending on the day; almost all shipments crossing international borders are subject to duty and tax assessment by the importing country's government. Sugarboo & Co will not cover additional charges related to import duties and taxes.

Express Shipping

For express shipping, please view your cart and go to checkout. Express shipping is an additional $20 on top of the calculated shipping rate. You can choose between flat rate and express shipping services at checkout.

All art prints are painted by hand by Rebecca Puig, the artist behind Sugarboo & Co. We then print the art work she made directly on luan (also spelled lauan) wood, which is a type of hardwood plywood. Each piece goes through many stages and hands to be built so they are truly one of a kind and no two pieces will be alike. Framing is either reclaimed grey wood which is lumber that has been salvaged and repurposed, or gallery wrap style which is described as a wooden canvas and hand painted at the end to compliment the image. Each frame style has a 2" lip all the way around that makes it easy to hang. All art prints will feature nail holes from the frame, they are meant to be seen and something that is featured in every art print.
