Satisfaction Guarantee

Sugarboo & Co. has a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Sugarboo & Co. item, within the first 14 days after your order has arrived to you, we will replace, refund or exchange your product.

Apparel

Sugarboo gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged apparel with original tags attached for a full refund or exchange.

Items Marked Down In Price

Items marked down in price or categorized as a sale item as well as all custom items such as art prints and photoboxes are final sale.

To Return Items

To return an item for a refund, please package it in its original packaging and return the item within 14 days. Original shipping charges are not eligible for refunds. If Checkout+ was selected at the time of checkout, return shipping will be covered. Otherwise, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. After going through the Return Portal, you will receive a label and instructions on how to send your item back. We do our best to refund your credit card within 48 hours of receipt. After that, your bank may take between 2 and 10 business days to credit your card. If you are returning an item in exchange for another item, we will send the replacement item out as soon as we can upon receipt of the item you are returning. Return of defective items: If an item is broken or defective, we will replace or exchange your product free of charge. Please note that abuses to the exchange policy, such as abnormal wear and tear, are subject to Sugarboo & Co.'s discretion.

Right of Withdrawal
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from many contracts within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

Please note that under Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A prepaid label will be provided through our withdrawal portal; the label cost will be deducted from your refund.

We will issue your refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving notification of your cancellation, or, if later, once we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that the goods have been shipped back to us.

This right applies to all items purchased through our store, with certain exceptions such as digital products, perishable goods, sealed personal hygiene products, and personalized items, as set forth in Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.

Delivery Fees (Shipping Charges)

Delivery fees are non-refundable and prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.

Missing Orders/Packages

It is the customers responsibility to report to us any missing orders or packages. Customers have 30 days from delivery date given by FedEx to report to us any missing orders or packages. If a customer reports a missing package outside of FedEx's claims procedure timeline we are then unable to accommodate for any missing orders or packages.

Shipping

We ship either with FedEx Ground Shipping which is between 1-5 business days, or Express Shipping which is 2 business day shipping. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and/or nationally observed US holidays. Online orders can take 1-3 business days for order processing which is not included in the shipping timeline. Within the order processing time you will be updated as to any changes in availability or items in your order. Once shipped, you will receive and shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day.

Express shipping is an additional $20 charge on top of your flat rate shipping quote.

International Shipping:

We do ship internationally. Our "standard" international shipping rate is $125 USD. Sometimes we are able to make exceptions on shipping costs and work out a quote which could be less than $125. If you email info@sugarbooandco.com with your full street address and the items you are purchasing, we can work on getting a quote for you.

International customers will be responsible for any additional charges for shipping the package. This could include the shipping of 1 or more boxes to your address. Duties and taxes are subject to change depending on the day; almost all shipments crossing international borders are subject to duty and tax assessment by the importing country's government. Sugarboo & Co. will not cover additional charges related to import duties and taxes.
