I can start my day with a great coffee mug with a line from my favorite song on it. My granddaughter gifted me my first mug.
Paid extra for expedited shipping to have order arrive long after expected delivery, customer service didn’t reply to me, not going to waste my time just done with this company. Crooked lettering on one item, serious quality control on another, and the late arrival was really a big inconvenience for the holidays as I received my completed order after Christmas lol kind of a joke especially being ignored by a lousy customer service department. Oh well I guess.
Love this mug! It makes me happy every time I drink from it and the clay keeps my coffee hot!

I live close to a Sugarboo store in Boca Raton, Florida and love shopping there, especially taking out-of-town visitors there.
I’ve never had a problem with any item bought IN the store, I’ve always been completely satisfied.
We spend our summer months at our lake home in another state so for the first time I used their online store to order a few items.
One of the items, a coffee mug, was defective. It’s supposed to say “I think to myself what a wonderful world. XO Louis”.
What it actually says is “think to myself what a wonderful world. XO Louis”.
12 days ago I emailed the address provided with the shipment, [****], attached a photo of the defective mug….still no response. 4 days ago I emailed [****]…still no response.
I’m not only disappointed in Sugarboo’s customer service, I’m disappointed and embarrassed by my $18.00 coffee mug.
I will never use their online shopping service again.
