I live close to a Sugarboo store in Boca Raton, Florida and love shopping there, especially taking out-of-town visitors there.
I’ve never had a problem with any item bought IN the store, I’ve always been completely satisfied.
We spend our summer months at our lake home in another state so for the first time I used their online store to order a few items.
One of the items, a coffee mug, was defective. It’s supposed to say “I think to myself what a wonderful world. XO Louis”.
What it actually says is “think to myself what a wonderful world. XO Louis”.
12 days ago I emailed the address provided with the shipment, [****], attached a photo of the defective mug….still no response. 4 days ago I emailed [****]…still no response.
I’m not only disappointed in Sugarboo’s customer service, I’m disappointed and embarrassed by my $18.00 coffee mug.
I will never use their online shopping service again.

I purchase these for my husband on birthdays and anniversaries. He's loved every one. They're a great size and have a generous handle for large hands.
This quote came from my Dad's favorite song and I lost him almost 3 years ago. I bought these for my sisters for a Christmas gift. One mug was not printed well, so please check them good before sending them out! I kept it for myself instead of returning. Other than the one defect, they are great. Good size for coffee!
