I purchased this mug from a store on Catalina Island a few years ago. Even though the mug isn't very pretty, it became my favorite mug, because of the way it feels in my hand. If you are a coffee drinker, you probably have a favorite mug...one that just feels good to hold as you wake up to that first morning cup. Well this mug was it for me. When it broke, I was very disappointed, and immediately searched online to see if I could replace it. I was so happy to find it on line and ordered 2! So happy to have my favorite mug back!

I love these mugs but they’re not consistent. The ones that have more speckles are not attractive, barely readable in some cases and you can’t control what you get. I sent one back and asked for a better version and received something almost the same. I’ll keep it because it’s expensive to exchange or return at this point. I won’t buy again unless I can see it in a store.
