Caitlin The item pictured looks like an actual handcrafted mug with speckle glaze and stamped text. What I received is a mug printed with an image of speckled glaze and blurry text. It’s not remotely close to the quality pictured and described. Really disappointing. Contacted the company by phone and email, never heard back.

Anonymous I love this well crafted coffee mug. My coffee stays hot and doesn’t cool off too fast. It’s stylish with a cute saying.
