The honey was unfortunately completely crystallized

Raw honey naturally crystallizes as the sugar molecules separate and form crystals. This is a natural process that doesn't affect the honey's quality or safety. Crystallized honey can be returned to a liquid state by gently warming it, for example, in a warm water bath! You can place the honey jar in a container of warm water, stirring gently until the crystals dissolve. You wouldn't want to use direct heat or excessive heat, as this can damage the honey's quality.
