This is my daily writing journal—my second one, as I filled the first! The leather cover has a different feel than my first one, slightly less soft and supple, I'm hoping it breaks in a bit. Rumi is a favorite and I was delighted by the selected quotation. But it's the paper that I adore: it has a wonderful texture and takes the ink of my best writing pen just the way I like it. These journals are quite different than ones I was used to. The quality of paper and vertical opening lend themselves to "special projects." LOVE the Cover Quotes and the elastic closure. Very portable.
