I am so pleased with the quality of this purchase and the nice tone it sets! We have it hanging in our lower landing of our stairs and it is perfect!
I never received my purchase. When I changed my address in Sugarboo's system I changed my town name first, but it reverted to the previous town name because it's tied to the zip code. I didn't notice this so, when I changed the zip code it did not automatically update my new town name so it still had the old town name. Sugarboo refused to refund my purchase or send me replacement items when I notified them that the items were delivered to the wrong location. Note: my number and street address do not exist in the town where it was delivered and the zip code was not referenced by FedEx to find the right location. I live in the next town over from my old town. Considering this was a bug with Sugarboo's system then they should have made this right. I will never do business with them again.
