First of all - I LOVE the print.
After waiting 90 days, it arrived! There was a delay due to the supplier of the gray frame materials. When it arrived and I opened the box, the frame had a chip on the top front exposing the bare wood color under the gray finish; one of the top mitered corners of the frame wasn’t fully connected; and another corner of the print was improperly set in the frame, and the frame and canvas has fraying in that spot. I love the products this company sells and the message on all of the products.
I have emailed the company twice, and called and left a message on the number provided on the packing slip asking how I can return it. No one is responding. It cost $600, and i just can’t bring myself to hang it in the wall like this.
