Anonymous The piece is beautiful but there is no wire to hang it. Now we have to spend an additional sum of money to add a wire, and take additional time. This is frustrating. It is also confusing because the other two pieces we ordered came with wires. We are upset.
Hi there! Our records indicate that you ordered two grey wood frame pieces and 1 gallery wrap piece. Our gallery wrap pieces do not come with wires on the back of them, as they are designed to be hung directly onto nails. We would be happy to assist you if you would like initiate an exchange!
