This item arrived, smelling so musty that you could smell it as you walked into the room, even after time to air it out. Customer service was very poor. Two phone calls were not returned in a timely manner. Email then sent, poor response to fact that this was not in acceptable condition. For the positivity image the company presents, the product and response did not match. Very disappointed, no possibility of giving this as a gift as intended.
